About Your Teacher
Dr. Holly B. Rogers is a board-certified psychiatrist and co-founder of MIEA. She spent 23 years at Duke University developing mindfulness programs for college and graduate students, and has trained instructors at 300+ universities worldwide. She’s the author of The Mindful Twenty-Something and an expert in helping emerging adults navigate stress and transition.
These bi-monthly sessions give you direct access to her teaching and personalized guidance.
